Refund Policy :

If the goods are found defective, kindly contact [email protected] or call on 9769540573. Kindly email the photos or videos of the defective product and return the goods on the following address : Plot-590A, Flat-701, Jade Vedant, BN Road, Matunga, Mumbai-400019.

Kindly note:

1) Return the goods within 5 working days of the receipt of your order. To be eligible for replacement, the product needs to be returned in the unused condition and in original packing. New product will be delivered within 5-10 working days.

2) Kindly note, if the goods are found to be damaged on return a replacement of the product will not be initiated. We do not claim the product to be chew proof, bite proof and scratch proof and if the product is damaged by the dog/humans we will not be accepting the return. Hence kindly send the photo or video on the above email id before returning the item.

Shipping Policy :

Order once placed usually leave our establishment within 1-2 business days and delivery takes 2-7 working days in India.
